STRENGTH & CONDITIONING EDUCATION FOR THE SPORT COACH

In an era where early sport specialization and catastrophic injury in youth sports are on the rise, there has never been a more critical time for athletes to participate in an appropriately progressed strength and conditioning program. Unfortunately, your school may not a full-time strength and conditioning professional on staff, and you may not feel comfortable designing a training program for your athletes.

SaFe Iron teaches coaches simplified strength and conditioning principles so they can better prepare their athletes for the demands of their sport.

Let us teach you how to take the guesswork out of programming for your team so that you can focus on what you were hired to do: coach your sport.

SERVICES

Purchasing an offseason and in-season program from Coach McBeth has been the greatest investment I've made for our girl's program. She is an expert in her field and developed a first class program to fit our program's needs, tailored to the equipment we have available. Missy is approachable, understanding, and has a wealth of knowledge. I am extremely grateful for her input and trust her guidance to help us develop well-balanced, strong female athletes. I fully endorse Missy and her products - LET HER HELP YOU - you will not regret it!
